The Nebraska State Patrol says troopers seized cocaine with an estimated street value of $1 million after a traffic stop in Seward County on Saturday.
The patrol says the drugs were found during the search of an SUV that had been pulled over for speeding. A trooper reported spotting several suspicious packages in the rear passenger compartment, which led to the search.
The patrol says nearly 59 pounds of cocaine was found in 17 packages discovered throughout the SUV.
The driver and a passenger were arrested.
