More than 400 Nebraska veterans of the Korean War are visiting the nation's capital today.
It began last night with a special dinner in Omaha, then an early wake-up call for a bus ride to Eppley Airfield. After touching down in Washington, the Honor Flight veterans will visit the Korean War Memorial, the Vietnam Wall and the Lincoln Memorial.
The vets will also stop by Arlington National Cemetery, the Air Force and World War II Memorials before leaving for home at nine tonight.
They're due to touch down at Eppley Tuesday night at 10pm. You're welcome to come out and welcome them home.
